  • HOW DO I JOIN?

    Great question! Joining is really easy and a simple online process.

    1. Choose your membership. 
    2. Enter your details and payment method
    3. Download the Fervid App and complete the health questionnaire
    4. Come down to the club, Press the green button on the front door
    5. Scan your QR code from your app on the turnstile and go staright in

  • CAN I UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP?

    Yes! Please send us an email or call in to the club and speak to a member of the team. We can make adjustments from your next payment date.

  • HOW DO I ACCESS THE CLUB?

    1. Join Online.
    2. Download the Fervid Fitness App and complete the health questionnaire.
    3. Press the green button to open the door then scan your QR code from within the app onto the turnstile scanner with your screen facing the scanner (approx 30cm away)
  • I AM HAVING ACCESS ISSUES

    Have you updated to the new Fervid Fitness App? (Black background in the app store) 

    To make sure you have access please make sure:

    1, You have downloaded the NEW APP

    2, Have an active paid membership,

    3, Signed your membership aggrement,

    4, Uploaded a PHOTO via the app,

    5, Completed the PARQ Health Questionnaire

    You can find your PARQ under the 'My documents' tab when you log into your account here: MEMBER LOG IN

    6, Ensure your phone time and date is set to AUTO in settings


    If all 6 stages have been completed correctly, your member app will grant you full access.

  • WHAT CLASSES DO YOU OFFER?

  • HOW OLD DO YOU NEED TO BE TO JOIN?

    We offer memberships for 11 - 15 year olds at £25.99 per month. 


    Adult ages are considered from age 16 years +

  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

    To submit your one months notice, please click here.

    Your final payment will be debited during this period.

  • CAN I SHARE MY QR CODE FOR MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO GET IN?

    NO! This is strictly forbidden.

    This would be a serious breach of the terms and conditions of your membership. Any member found to be sharing their access to the club will have their membership instantly terminated.

  • HOW DO I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?

    You can freeze your membership for free In your member app, 


    1, Click on 'ME' then 

    2, 'MY MEMBERSHIP'

    3, Click the blue active button and select your dates.


    We require a minimum 14 days notice to process a freeze.

  • MY APP ISN'T WORKING, WHAT DO I DO?

    Make sure your app is the most up to date version and your phones operating system is running the most up to date version. Log out of the app and log back in to re-sync and try again. If you have no mobile connection, from reception you can log into the clubs WiFi and use your phone as normal.


  • CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DONT USE IT?

    Unfortunately we don't offer refunds for unused memberships.

    If you're struggling for motivation or unsure of how to use anything in the club, please come and see us and speak to a member of the team.

  • WHERE DO I FIND THE HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE?

    Complete the health questionnaire beiofre you become a member or when there has been any update to your health that we need to know about. You can complete the form here: PARQ
