My journey with fitness didn’t begin until my mid 20s, even though I was an active kid who loved climbing trees, hiking, and camping. For a long time, I wasn’t especially health-conscious—until I lost someone close to me at 21 and learned about heart risks in my family. That moment completely changed my perspective.
To cope with that loss, I turned to fitness and discovered the powerful connection between physical and mental health. I wanted to share the strategies that helped me with others, which inspired me to join the fitness industry.
My passion for helping people and my curiosity about how the body works led me to become a personal trainer. I found immense joy in guiding clients to build healthy foundations, empowering them to live life to the fullest.
Now, as General Manager at Fervid Fitness, I get to extend that passion even further—helping not just individuals, but our entire gym community, on their journey to becoming the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.
Rhian- Personal Trainer
My love for health and fitness has been evident throughout my life. Starting out as an international hurdler as a youngster, I then pursued a career as a Personal Trainer and Sports Rehabilitator with clients and football clubs. My goal was to support and give individuals the tools and knowledge to achieve a well rounded lifestyle. As I progressed, I felt my passion altered and I wanted to do more for mental health. Due to this I had a career change and now work for the Cheshire and Mersey mental health programme within the NHS whilst working part time at Fervid to deliver classes to our fabulous members.
Sophia - Personal Trainer
I found my passion for the gym and boxing when I was a young person working with Flintshire Youth Service.The gym and boxing helps me both psychologically and physically. It allows me to push through challenges, so I feel more strength and resilience in other areas of my life. Since I’ve been working at Fervid Fitness and listening to other members/the team, it has inspired me to aim towards my Level 2 Gym Instructing and Level 3 personal training qualifications. Previously, I have completed training for the Fire and Rescue Service (Revolution Project).This training helped me develop essential skills such as: team work, integrity, resilience, and
adaptability etc. I currently have a qualification in Mental Health Awareness and Level 3 in Animal Management (Zoos and Wildlife). I am passionate about caring and making a positive difference in other peoples lives. I believe that no matter what a person’s background or lifestyle they should feel included and helped to reach their full potential and the gym is a great place for this.
Sean - Personal Trainer
Growing up, I wasn’t particularly the most active, besides playing a bit of football and going out with friends.
I spent a lot of my time behind a TV screen playing video games, but my journey into the world of fitness started around four years ago when I first stepped into a gym with a couple of friends; a bit anxious and with no clue what I was doing.
From that day forward, I have spent more and more time in the gym training, helping my friends with their training, and researching to expand my knowledge on all things fitness.
Fast forward to the present day, and I’m currently working as a Personal Trainer and excited about what the future holds.

Growing up I never really had an interest in health and fitness. After finishing school, trying a couple of different things at college and becoming a qualified electrician, I never really found anything I was very enthusiastic about. Then it was around this time I joined a gym and became addicted to it. The physical and mental benefits I felt even after a short amount of time had me hooked. Any time I wasn’t at the gym I was still spending my free time researching and learning about bodybuilding, nutrition and training methods, especially how the old school guys used to train and eat. Now after a few years of building up knowledge and experience, I’ve qualified as a personal trainer to help others to achieve their goals whether it’s just getting started at the gym, building some muscle or losing some weight.

My very own 100lb+ Weight loss and life changing transformation from quitting a lengthy service within the Emergency Services to pursue my passion to help others makes me one of the few understanding trainers who has been there and done it for themselves. From sleeping each night hooked up to a CPAP machine, Hypertension and other weight related issues to being free of everything. Today I am in the best shape of my life. These days I specialise in Life Coaching & Lifestyle / Body Transformations. I compete in HYBRID / Functional Fitness Events and Races Worldwide such as HYROX, DEKA, SPARTAN, TOUGH MUDDER & OBSTACLE RACES.
Chloe - Personal Trainer
I was never into exercise and fitness when I was younger but I loved to dance from the age of 2. After graduating with a dance degree in lockdown, and the industry being unstable, I decided that I needed something more sustainable and rewarding. This is when I started my own fitness journey in 2021, and I fell in love with the gym.
I am relatively new to the coaching world, qualifying only in June this year (2024), but I have gained lots of experience working for PureGym, at local studios teaching classes, starting my own Pilates classes, and now building my brand here at Fervid.
My goal is to introduce girls and women to weight training, and building up the confidence of newbies and all those who are a bit lost when they step into the gym, just like I was a few years ago.
It’s so rewarding to see people’s confidence grow and for them to build strength and form healthy, balanced habits to set the foundations of their fitness journey. I've loved sports and fitness my whole life but my passion for the industry started when i discovered VIBE CONCEPTS in 2011. I've been training with these concepts ever since. As a Personal Trainer, I focus on 'feel good fitness'.. Which gives amazing results as you want to train more and more! Feelings believing!

I got into fitness from a young age as I did dancing from the age of three and even got two diplomas in college for dance. I also did boxing as a teenager. I started my first job in a leisure centre at the age of 19 and gained a passion for gym workouts and was even able to gain my level 2 fitness instructor qualification in 2015 whilst there. Since working at fervid I have found my passion for teaching classes and I have recently passed my level 3 personal training qualification. I love watching people reach their goals, physically and mentally.

I have worked in the fitness industry for a few years now with most of my previous experience being in academia. I am a full time Senior Lecturer in Applied Sport, Health and Exercise Physiology at Wrexham University with my main interest being how exercise can help rehabilitate people who are suffering with heart disease. I work part time as a self-employed Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor at Fervid Fitness and really enjoy helping people achieve their goals. My main exercise interests are Powerlifting, I am currently working toward getting stronger and looking to achieve a 400kg total. Years ago, I discovered my love for fitness through bodybuilding, even hitting the gym twice a day—it was a passion that shaped my dedication to health and wellness. These days, I keep active in different ways, like going on long walks and swimming with my family.
Originally from Birmingham, I moved here to start a new chapter. I’m married with a wonderful toddler who keeps me on my toes and inspires me to explore life with curiosity and joy. We love spending time together outdoors and making memories that remind us what matters most.
Before joining Fervid Fitness, I worked in security and always valued the importance of creating safe and welcoming spaces. Now, as part of the team, I take great pride in keeping the gym clean, healthy, and inviting for every member who walks through our doors.
Outside of work, I love getting creative with crafts and building intricate model cars and ships from scratch—it’s a fun way to unwind and challenge myself. I’m thrilled to be part of the Fervid Fitness community and look forward to helping you feel right at home in our space.
